I want to tell you some things that bother me in my life. I have experienced many ups and downs since becoming a cat lover. I thought, am I really a cat lover? In fact, I feel like I haven’t and still can’t be them.

If I spent money on care and maintenance in the last few years, I could probably buy five motorbikes, but I really like cats, so I choose to look after lots of cats. And we cat lovers don’t look at costs, the important thing is that we are happy with the presence of cats as life companions, making my life more colorful.

I admit, maintenance and care costs consist of feed costs, cat vaccinations, and unexpected costs when the cat is sick.

In my opinion, as an owner you also have to be prepared if cats have different food tastes. I fulfill the cat’s food needs according to their requests.

Apart from the large maintenance costs, I admit that as a cat owner we must be prepared to diligently clean the house, especially if all cats are kept indoors or in the house.

I personally don’t want my cat to leave the house because my cat often experiences fur loss when outside the house.

Every day, I diligently mop the floor of the house so that it is clean for the cats to live in. Apart from that, it has become a daily task at home to clean up the cat waste that they leave in the litter box or where the cat throws its waste.

Cats usually dispose of their waste by digging in the sand to place their feces, then covering the feces. If kept indoors, cat owners must prepare a litter box where they dispose of their body waste.

I myself chose washable sand so it can be easily cleaned and used again.

The food I provide for cats is no different. Furthermore, I also prepare care costs in the form of vaccines, deworming medicine and treatment if they are sick.

Well, what do you think about cat lover?

Collecting cat knick-knacks?

Keeping lots of cats? or Follow the cat’s behavior?

In some people, many consider themselves to be cat lovers. Driving force, or as a spearhead of change. Even though in reality they are only admirers, hungry for attention to be recognized as cat lovers, asking for mercy. (i’m so sorry for that reality)

As a cat lover, the change is in your actions. The situation will never change until we take action to make a change. Not ordering other people to do the action. As if those who help you are lackeys.

Am I really a cat lover?

The one where there are animals in need, but we don’t care and we ask a third party/other community to take care of them?

Am I really a cat lover?

The one where only tears fall, but you can’t help the cats because of reasons such as being forbidden by our family, still boarding, and so on?

Am I really a cat lover?

Collect abandoned cats and care for them at home, even though out there they can still live a decent life.

Am I really a cat lover?

Please judge yourself, how much have you done for their lives? Are they happy?

I know, I am aware, I also have a conscience and I have limits where that conscience exists. Humans have the gift of thinking, the brain and heart must be invited to work together. To be in harmony with the circumstances, the existing reality. We are invited to think about the next plan and risks. It is impossible for us to be faced without other solutions. Don’t be panic!

I totally understand,

Cats are a blessing. No matter what they look like, they are still God’s creatures that we must love. Anyone should never be a person who puts ego first. Fun but painful.

What do I mean?

Nowadays, as a community of cat lovers, we are often faced with complex cases. rescue cats that are dying, open adoptions, abandoned cats, etc. That’s tough, bro. They have to manage their community, finances are in shambles, and so on.

We as cat lovers, not a community, we should be able to help them. We can help with materials/donations, prayers, or help with the rescue ourself. We already have a heart, take action, not by chatting with the community, saying something like, “Sis, I found this dying cat. Please help me sis. I can’t do things because blah, blah, blah.”

Did your actions help them?

No. make it a hassle. There is no real action in us if we don’t do something beneficial for them (cats). We don’t have a conscience, what we have is a thirst for attention. We often ignore this point. I’m so sorry

There are many examples of cases that I would like to reveal, but I have limited time to write. So at this point, we hope that friends who claim to be cat lovers will become wiser and more aware of who we are. Because every human being has different abilities.

Don’t force ourselves as a cat lover, but do very minimal action. Stop pretending to be a hero, be the best for those around you. They may hate them, but don’t hate people who are not cat lovers. As long as they don’t commit acts of abuse, it’s still fine. So stop acting excessively in anxiety, worry, and so on. Trust them in God.

Because we live on earth, life is definitely not far from violence. Why? Because God made it so that we can manage our emotions, thoughts and bodies. As a cat lovers, make God proud of what we do.
